Probes
DV offers a whole range of reflectance, absorbance, transmittance, colour analysis probes for industrial and laboratory use.
Models:
Immersion Probes
Probes were studied for the spectrofotometric characterization of non turbid liquids both in reservoir and in conditions of non turbulent flow. These probes give a great advantage: allow the sampling of the environmental parameters from distance, thanks to the transmission data with optic fiber.
Suitable for the study of organic and inorganic solutions, immersion probes, work in absorption or in transmission in UV/VIS/NIR.
These probes are avaiable with fixed optic path or with varying path between 1 and 12 mm; last ones allow to optimize the measure of absorption by getting an auto-referenced measure.
Probes are in steel stainlesss, compact and resistant.
Contact probes 45°
This is a special probe for reflectance measures of surfaces by contact.
It is studied to provide a 45° illumination (CIE) in a compact and easy to manage unit.
It has two armored fibers (illuminant and reading) up to 2m length.
The illuminant light is conducted by the fiber optic and internally deflected by 45° on the sample, the specular is captured by a light trap while the reflection of the sample is diffused and read by the other fiber optic through a 2mm spot, then conducted to the measure equipment.
Probes are in stainless steel.

Integrating Sphere Probes
DV develops and produces sphere probes of the wanted dimensions and for
the most different requests. The optic planners DVs draw the buffles
and the most opportune solutions to adapt the standard geometries
to the criticits of the measure parameters. Since they use hookups
and connections on standard soothe, the probes, entirely produced in
our work factory in Padua, can be connected to preexisting systems
and/or upgraded with new optic solutions.
The maintenance of the modular systems assembled in this manner
is easier.

An example application of this probe is Coltex.
Transmission Probes
Mainly projected for in-line use in industrial circle for the
spectral analysis in real time of the liquids flow and gas.
These probes are available in various versions depending on the
range of optimal optic path.
The fixed optic path version results very reliable, cheap and it
guarantees elevated performances in terms of repetition and
steadiness.
Probes with varying optic path are very supples in dynamics,
in particular the completely automatized version (SCOVM), allows
the control system a complete monitoring of trial without
the direct intervention of the operator.
These probes are proper for to withstand to particularly
aggressive agents.
An example application of this probe is Edy.
Spectrogoniometric Probes
This probe is projected to measure the spectrum of the light
that is reflected in different angles by a surface.
Light produced by a bright source is conducted through the optic
fiber and focused inside the spectrogoniometric probe.
Test object reflectes light in different directions which is
conduct by a number of optics to a multi channel spectrometer.
Position of optics inside the probe is easily
modifiable
Reflectance Probes
DV realizes reflectance probes with proper illumination or
conducted illumination joining fiber to notice with precision
the reflectance of a sample of different size.
DV probes are guaranteed for the correctness of the
measure according to specific normative and CIE either for
the simple lens or to the particular essential optic solutions
for the measure on the surface of complex 3D objects.
